COLONICARE Return and Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange process is simple and customer-friendly. We may honor requests under the following conditions:
Request Timeline: Customers must submit their returned and exchange request within three (3) days of receiving the product.
Receipt Requirement: A valid receipt of payment must be presented with the request, ensuring no alterations are made to the original writing.
Product Condition: The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging, unopened upon receipt, free of markings, and not tattered or destroyed. A video showing the opening of the package and the product itself is required.
If it was our mistake, we will shoulder all shipping expenses (upon confirmation).
Exchange Policy: All returned products can only be exchanged for the same item and cannot be converted into cash.
Change of Mind: We believe in fairness. Therefore, no returns will be honored if the reason for the return is a mere change of mind.
Send us an Email: Before returning any item for exchange, please send us an Exchange Request at colonicareph@gmail.com, providing the order number, the reason for returning the item/s, and videos proving the condition of the item/s.
Timeline: We will process requests within five (5) days after the order delivery date. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund or exchange to be reflected in your account or for the new item to be delivered.

PACKAGES AND COMMISSIONS
The following packages are available for purchase and resale. Resellers earn a 25% profit or commission on all products sold.
PACKAGE A
Purchase three (3) packs of COLONICARE for only ₱3,375.00
Enjoy a 25% profit/discount on each product every time you purchase.
Submit seven (7) testimonial videos of users to unlock the benefits of Package B.
PACKAGE B
Upgrade to 5 packs of COLONICARE for only ₱5,625.00
Enjoy a 25% profit/discount on each product every time you purchase.
Exclusive 10% discount on all therapy treatments at DokFat Naturopathic Healthcare Services.
20% discount on Pure Organic Supplements available at DokFat Pharmaceuticals.
BENEFITS
· Resellers have access to benefits reserved for members of Dokfat Wellness’ member system.
ELIGIBILITY
· To participate as a Reseller, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you meet these requirements.
AFFILIATE PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
· Resellers automatically become part of the affiliate program upon purchasing any package.
· Affiliates are encouraged to promote Colonicare products using their personalized affiliate link.
· The same 25% commission applies for every successful referral sale made through this link.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
· Orders placed through an affiliate link can be paid in full upon checkout or with COD.
· In-store purchases must be paid in cash or by E-wallet/bank transfer before the products are shipped.
TESTIMONIAL REQUIREMENT
· To upgrade from Package A to Package B, Resellers must submit seven (7) testimonial videos from users of Colonicare Detox Juice sharing their experience with the product.
· Testimonials must be genuine and submitted to our authorized customer service representative for checking to ensure quality and compliance with standard rules.
MARKETING AND PROMOTION
· Resellers and Affiliates are encouraged to market Colonicare products on social media, blogs, and other platforms by sharing the page, posts on the page, and the visuals (photos and videos) provided by the marketing team.
· Resellers and Affiliates cannot create Social Media Accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and E-commerce Stores like Shopee and Lazada using the COLONICARE brand.
AFFILIATE COMMISSION PAYOUTS
Affiliates will earn commissions based on sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
The commission structure will be 25% of sales generated per product and may be subject to change, and we will notify affiliates of any adjustments. This commission goes only to Resellers.
The Company will send out commissions after seven (7) banking days, subject to a minimum payout of Five Hundred Pesos (PHP500.00) and a maximum of Ten Thousand Pesos (PHP10,000) per withdrawal. The reseller must request a withdrawal themselves.
CONFIDENTIALITY
· Resellers and Affiliates must keep all proprietary and confidential information shared by the Company private and must not disclose it to any third parties without written permission from the Company
TERMINATION
· The Company reserves the right to terminate the participation of any Reseller or Affiliate at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. All rights to promote and sell Colonicare products, including affiliate links, will cease upon termination.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
· The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Reseller or Affiliate program or the use of Colonicare products.
GOVERNING LAW
· These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines—any disputes with will be resolved in the courts in Tagaytay City.
AMENDMENTS
· The Company can modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Overview
Welcome to the COLONICARE Natural Detox Juice Affiliate Program. You agree to the terms and conditions outlined below when signing up as an affiliate. Please read them carefully. These terms govern your participation in our affiliate program, allowing you to promote and sell COLONICARE Natural Detox Juice products and earn commissions.
1. Enrollment in the Program
To become an affiliate, you must submit a completed application form from our website.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion without an explanation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Only individuals, sole proprietors, or legally registered business entities are eligible.
Using our affiliate program for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Promote COLONICARE Natural Detox Juice products truthfully and professionally.
Avoid making false or exaggerated claims about our products or their effects.
Affiliates must adhere to our guidelines and promotional materials, including branding and marketing instructions.
The Company will provide all digital marketing materials to promote the product.
Affiliates can create video testimonies and submit them to the marketing team before uploading to ensure quality and compliance with standard rules.
Affiliates cannot create Social Media Accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and E-commerce Stores like Shopee and Lazada using the COLONICARE brand.
Affiliates ensure their marketing complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection and anti-spam laws.
Affiliates must provide their real names as well as their e-wallets or bank account numbers for the disbursement of commissions.
3. Commissions
Affiliates will earn commissions based on sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
The commission structure will be (10%) and may be subject to change, and we will notify affiliates of any adjustments.
The Company will send out commissions after seven (7) banking days, subject to a minimum payout of Five Hundred Pesos (PHP500.00) and a maximum of Ten Thousand Pesos (PHP10,000) per withdrawal. The affiliate must request a withdrawal themselves.
4. Affiliate Links and Promotion
You will receive a unique affiliate link to track sales upon acceptance into the affiliate program.
You may share this link on your website, social media platforms, emails, and other marketing channels.
The Company prohibits Affiliates from engaging in paid advertising that competes with our direct advertising, including bidding on our brand name keywords or domain names.
Affiliate Conduct
The Company prohibits Affiliates from engaging in any form of unethical marketing, including but not limited to:
Spamming (unsolicited emails).
False advertising.
Misleading promotions.
Offering unauthorized discounts or incentives.
Violating intellectual property rights.
5. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may only use our promotional materials, including logos, banners, and product images, to promote COLONICARE Natural Detox Juice.
Affiliates may not modify, alter, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without written consent.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice.
Upon termination, affiliates must cease all activities related to COLONICARE Natural Detox Juice and remove any links or content associated with the affiliate program.
Affiliates will be eligible to receive commissions on sales made before the termination date.
7. Limitation of Liability
COLONICARE Natural Detox Juice will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and we will notify all affiliates of any changes by email or our website. Continued participation in the program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
10. Agreement
By signing up as an affiliate and participating in the COLONICARE Natural Detox Juice Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
COLONICARE RESELLERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ELIGIBILITY AND DEFINITIONS

b. Paid Affiliates, referred to as Resellers, have purchased a COLONICARE package and participate in product resale and affiliate marketing for commission earnings.
- AFFILIATE PROGRAM PARTICIPATION AND MULTI-LEVEL COMMISSION STRUCTURE
a. Resellers automatically become part of the affiliate program upon purchasing the package and signing up through the website to get their affiliate link.
b. Affiliates are encouraged to promote COLONICARE products using their personalized affiliate link.
c. Affiliates earn a 25% commission for each sale through their direct referral link (first-level invite). Additionally, they will receive a 5% commission on sales generated by second, third, and fourth-level invites, applicable to individual products and packages sold.

AFFILIATE GROUP ACCOUNT
Resellers may opt to participate as part of an Affiliate Group Package, allowing up to ten (10) members to share a single affiliate link. Key terms are as follows:

Single Affiliate Link: The group will use one shared affiliate link for all sales tracking and commissions.

Commission Structure: The group will collectively receive a 25% commission on direct sales and 5% multi-level commissions on sales generated by 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-level invites.

Group Responsibility: All members of the Affiliate Group Account are responsible for managing their shared affiliate link and distributing commissions among themselves as agreed within the group.
