Colonicare Natural Detox Juice Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Overview
Welcome to the COLONICARE Natural Detox Juice Affiliate Program. You agree to the terms and conditions outlined below when signing up as an affiliate. Please read them carefully. These terms govern your participation in our affiliate program, allowing you to promote and sell COLONICARE Natural Detox Juice products and earn commissions.
Enrollment in the Program
To become an affiliate, you must submit a completed application form from our website.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion without an explanation.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Only individuals, sole proprietors, or legally registered business entities are eligible.
Using our affiliate program for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Promote COLONICARE Natural Detox Juice products truthfully and professionally.
Avoid making false or exaggerated claims about our products or their effects.
Affiliates must adhere to our guidelines and promotional materials, including branding and marketing instructions.
The Company will provide all digital marketing materials to promote the product.
Affiliates can create video testimonies and submit them to the marketing team before uploading to ensure quality and compliance with standard rules.
Affiliates cannot create Social Media Accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and E-commerce Stores like Shopee and Lazada using the COLONICARE brand.
Affiliates ensure their marketing complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection and anti-spam laws.
Affiliates must provide their real names as well as their e-wallets or bank account numbers for the disbursement of commissions.
Commissions
Affiliates will earn commissions based on sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
The commission structure will be (10%) and may be subject to change, and we will notify affiliates of any adjustments.
The Company will send out commissions after seven (7) banking days, subject to a minimum payout of Five Hundred Pesos (PHP500.00) and a maximum of Ten Thousand Pesos (PHP10,000) per withdrawal. The affiliate must request a withdrawal themselves.
Affiliate Links and Promotion
You will receive a unique affiliate link to track sales upon acceptance into the affiliate program.
You may share this link on your website, social media platforms, emails, and other marketing channels.
The Company prohibits Affiliates from engaging in paid advertising that competes with our direct advertising, including bidding on our brand name keywords or domain names.
Affiliate Conduct
The Company prohibits Affiliates from engaging in any form of unethical marketing, including but not limited to:
Spamming (unsolicited emails).
False advertising.
Misleading promotions.
Offering unauthorized discounts or incentives.
Violating intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property
Affiliates may only use our promotional materials, including logos, banners, and product images, to promote COLONICARE Natural Detox Juice.
Affiliates may not modify, alter, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without written consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice.
Upon termination, affiliates must cease all activities related to COLONICARE Natural Detox Juice and remove any links or content associated with the affiliate program.
Affiliates will be eligible to receive commissions on sales made before the termination date.
Limitation of Liability
COLONICARE Natural Detox Juice will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.
10. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and we will notify all affiliates of any changes by email or our website. Continued participation in the program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12. Agreement
By signing up as an affiliate and participating in the COLONICARE Natural Detox Juice Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
