Affiliates earn a 25% commission for each sale through their direct referral link (first-level invite). All rights to promote and sell COLONICARE products, including affiliate links, will cease upon termination.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Reseller or Affiliate program or the use of COLONICARE products.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>GOVERNING LAW<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines\u2014any disputes with the Company will be resolved in the courts in Tagaytay City.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>AMENDMENTS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Company can modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
